GMA 48x40 Pallets
The U.S. supply chain workhorse. Four-way entry, consistent grade, suitable for grocery, retail, and general warehouse applications.
Stringer Pallets
Two-way or notched four-way entry construction. The most cost-effective new pallet for high-volume domestic shipping. Available in multiple board configurations.
Block Pallets
Four-way entry with block construction for increased strength and forklift flexibility. Common in foodservice, chemical, pharmaceutical, and export applications.
Heat-Treated Export Pallets
Required for international shipment. Properly stamped and certified to destination country phytosanitary standards.

Grade A / Premium Recycled
Like-new condition with minor cosmetic wear only. Full deck boards, sound structure. Suitable for most supply chain and customer-facing applications.
Grade B / Standard Recycled
Sound structural integrity with multiple repaired boards and stringers. Ideal for one-way shipments where appearance is secondary to function.
Remanufactured Pallets
“New”, built to spec pallets constructed from reclaimed pallet material. Reman pallets offer a 30-50% cost savings over comparable new pallets
Heat-Treated Recycled (ISPM-15)
Previously used pallets that have been re-heat-treated and re-stamped for export compliance. Cost-efficient path to international shipping eligibility.

Wood Dunnage Products
Dunnage is the wood packaging that secures your product in transit — preventing shifting, absorbing impact, and protecting your load from dock to destination. ArborTrace supplies standard and custom-engineered dunnage matched to your load profile, trailer type, and compliance requirements.
Cradles
Curved or angled wood structures that support cylindrical loads — pipe, roll stock, coils, pressure vessels, and tanks — keeping them from rolling and distributing weight evenly.
Chocks
Wedge-shaped wood pieces placed directly against cylindrical cargo to prevent rolling. Frequently used in combination with cradles as a complete restraint system.
Cribbing
Interlocked stacks of heavy timber — arranged in alternating perpendicular layers — used to support machinery, heavy equipment, or elevated structures during loading, rigging, or maintenance. Common in heavy industrial and machinery shipping.
Dunnage Boards / Separator Boards
Flat lumber placed between cargo tiers or between the load and trailer decking. Creates separation for airflow, moisture management, or forklift access between product layers.

Open / Sheathed Crates
Wood frame with open slat sides. Provides structural protection while allowing visual inspection and airflow. Common for machinery, automotive components, and trade show exhibits.
Closed / Solid-Sided Crates
Fully enclosed wood panel construction for weather protection, tamper resistance, and security. Used for sensitive equipment, export shipments, and high-value goods.
Custom-Engineered Crates
Designed to exact product dimensions and load specifications. May include interior foam blocking, vapor barriers, moisture-absorbing desiccants, or reinforced corners for sensitive or precision cargo. Common in aerospace, defense, and medical equipment shipping.
Export Crates (ISPM-15 Compliant)
Heat-treated and certified for international shipment. Built to phytosanitary requirements for both origin and destination countries. Available in open, closed, or skid-mounted configurations.
